Anthony Hilty, Executive Chef
Chef Hilty has over 30 years of hospitality experience, beginning at the
young age of 18 working as a Sous Chef for Hilton Hotels. He trained
at the most exclusive, private clubs and restaurants in Denver;
including The Denver Country Club, The Petroleum Club, and The
Metropolitan Club. He actively participates in all Culinary benefits
within the community, winning the Best of Show and People's Choice
award at the 2006 March of Dimes Chef's Gala. He was also honored in
2007Won Best of Show at the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce "Taste
of The Chamber"
